Mihaela Alecsandru RN, BSN
Mihaela, founder and owner of our home care agency, brings her extensive nursing expertise to the heart of non-medical home care. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Mihaela has dedicated her career to ensuring quality care for individuals across the healthcare spectrum.
With hands-on experience in care coordination, acute care, and long-term care (LTC), certified Dementia Practitioner, Mihaela has a deep understanding of the complex needs that clients and their families face. Her leadership experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) has strengthened her ability to manage care teams, develop individualized care plans, and uphold the highest standards of service.
